More Keyboard Shortcuts - betcha didn't know these!!!
Typed a word wrong? Press ctrl + backspace and the entire word will be deleted. Cool huh?
Most users are familiar with the undo button or icon in programs like MS Word or Excel. But there is a keyboard shortcut
for that too - ctrl + z
Not only will it undo typing - but it will also undo the accidental deleting of a file!!! Let's say that you accidentally
deleted that fabulous photo of little grandson Johnny eating his first ice cream. Not to worry - just hit ctrl + z and it will
magically return. Try it yourself using a junk file.
Want to move the cursor to the very top of a document - then press ctrl + Home (the Home key is in the group of six keys above
the arrow keys). Pressing ctrl + Home while looking at a webpage will take you to the top of the webpage. Try it right now!!!
Want to move the cursor to the very bottom of a document - then press ctrl + End (below the Home key). Pressing ctrl + End while
looking at a webpage will take you to the bottom of the webpage. Try it right now!!!
