On Tuesday evening, June 10th,
four scholarships were awarded by the United States Submarine Veterans, Inc. The Admiral James B. Osborn Memorial Scholarship is
funded by the Charleston Base of USSVI. The scholarship will be awarded to a Tri-County
high school senior and disbursed as a one-time minimum $500 award to the
recipient. The recipients of the 2010
Adm. James B. Osborn Memorial Scholarship are: Maisie Wilzon –
